Schedule an Inspection or Request a Price Quote
Give us the details of the property to be inspected on our online price quote/appointment request form. Your request will receive a response the same business day.

We are available on both weekdays and weekends
to schedule a home inspection.
When scheduling an inspection, there are
a few things you should keep in mind:
- Our inspection process for a single family home typically
take three to four hours. Please make sure that you set
aside enough time to participate in the inspection and
to review the results afterward.
- You must arrange with your realtor or the homeowner
to gain access to the property. Please call your realtor
or the homeowner immediately after scheduling your appointment
to ensure that someone is there to open and close the
home for the inspection.
- The utilities in the property must be turned on for
us to perform a complete inspection. If the home is currently
unoccupied, please check to see that the utilities are
on or arrange to have them turned on. If this is not possible,
we can still perform an inspection, but there will be
limitations to inspecting certain systems.
- This is a good time to ask questions! If there is anything
that you are particularly concerned about in the home,
please bring it to our attention. We are more than happy
to answer questions and to explain any problems or findings.
- Payment is due at the time of inspection. We accept
both cash and checks at the time of inspection. If you
would like to use a credit card, please submit payment
before the inspection through Pay Pal (see instructions
below).
To
Submit Payment through Pay Pal
1. Go to www.paypal.com.
2. Click on "Send Money".
3. If you do not already have a free Pay Pal account, please
sign up for one. The process is quick and easy.
4. From the "Send Money" screen, enter our e-mail
address, matt@suresightinspection.com, the price you were
quoted for your inspection, "Service" under the
heading for "Type", and enter your name and the
date of inspection in either the "Subject" or
"Notes" field.
5. Add your credit card information.
6. Follow the instructions to complete the payment process.
