Maintenance Home Inspections

Who needs a maintenance inspection? If you own a home, the answer is you. Time, deferred maintenance, and the elements can take their toll on your home over the years. A maintenance inspection will give you a good idea of the overall condition of your home. This is a great starting point for those planning repairs and/or renovations, those with limited home maintenance and repair knowledge, and those concerned about the condition of the home of a loved one with special needs. If you own a property that you are currently renting, regular inspections are a must.

Even if you had an inspection before your bought the home, it’s always beneficial to have regular inspections as concerns may develop over the years.

Sure Sight Home Inspection, Inc. is proud to offer home owners the most thorough inspection and the most detailed report (click to see sample) in the industry. All of our maintenance home inspections meet or exceed the Standards of Practice set forth by the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board ( www.nchilb.com). All inspections are performed by Matthew Bartels, License No. 2490, an independent inspector who has no ties or affiliations with any real estate sales agents or brokers, and is not a contractor trying to sell you a service or repair you may not need.
