One-Year Builder's Warranty Inspections

Newly-constructed homes typically carry only a one-year builder's warranty. Our one-year warranty inspection is performed before the expiration of this first year. After this warranty expires, the homeowner will be responsible for repairs. Now is the last chance you have to document any defects that are from the original construction or that have cropped up over the first year. Even if you had an inspection before your closing, it’s always beneficial to have another as concerns may develop over the year.

Sure Sight Home Inspection, Inc. is proud to offer home owners the most thorough inspection and the most detailed report (click to see sample) in the industry. All of our one-year warranty home inspections meet or exceed the Standards of Practice set forth by the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board ( www.nchilb.com). All inspections are performed by Matthew Bartels, License No. 2490, an independent inspector who has no ties or affiliations with any real estate sales agents or brokers, and is not a contractor trying to sell you a service or repair you may not need.
