Pre-Purchase Home Inspections

The pre-purchase home inspection is the most common type of home inspection. This inspection is generally conducted after a home buyer has made an offer to purchase a property and before closing. Many standard real estate sales contracts will include an inspection clause that will make the purchase contingent upon a home inspection and will give the buyer a specified number of days to have the inspection completed by a North Carolina licensed home inspector.

Sure Sight Home Inspection, Inc. is proud to offer home buyers the most thorough inspection and the most detailed report (click to see sample) in the industry. All of our pre-purchase home inspections meet or exceed the Standards of Practice set forth by the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board. ( www.nchilb.com). All inspections are performed by Matthew Bartels, License No. 2490, an independent inspector who has no ties or affiliations with any real estate sales agents or brokers, and is not a contractor trying to sell you a service or repair you may not need.
